Huey Lewis is seventy: Square Dance with Dr. Hip

tearing up the other day, this scene in a TV movie: On a German campsite, loud music of Heino penetrates from a mobile home, and annoyed in his forties, holding something to his pop music tastes, the door to complain at Omi and Opi. After a good twenty years of irony discourse in the Popkritik this Pointe is not for some, maybe only a tired of mass – market rip-off-but one that demonstrates a continued existence of the clamp between the mind and feeling: to enjoy something, what is actually "even". Yes, a good dream maybe – with the basic optimistic songs as a warm Cover.
