Benefits How to seal unemployment online: step by step to renew unemployment by mobile

A few years ago, all unemployed people had to go to the employment office to renew the benefit, which is known as sealing unemployment and which must be carried out rigorously every three months. Today, practically all the autonomous communities allow you to complete this procedure online using your mobile phone or computer.

Registered job seekers receive a booklet, which specifies the dates of unemployment renewals, as well as a user with a password and instructions with the steps to follow for online renewal. Each autonomous community has its own telematic system to carry out the stamping, although in all of them the digital ID or digital certificate is usually requested to access. In some regions it is also possible to carry out the process using the user's demand identifier and contrast data. There are also mobile applications that allow you to renew with your mobile phone.

On the day of the renewal, all you have to do is access the employment service with your username and password and carry out the renewal. As the SEPE points out, it is important to print or download the renewal confirmation message in PDF, where the date and time of the renewal is specified, and to save this document in the event that it is required later for any clarification.

It should be remembered that before being able to seal the strike, the registered job seeker must have previously registered on the public employment service portal of their autonomous community. Thus, the day the club has to be renewed, all you have to do is access the corresponding electronic headquarters, enter the data requested (password, ID, renewal date...) and download the DARDE (Registration Document and Renewal of the Employment Demand) or DARDO (Document d'Alta i Renovació de la Demanda d'Ocupació). And ready.
