Among the express costumes, the witch one takes the cake. It is enough to bet on black: skirt, black, black T-shirt, black baggy blouse, black stockings (with fishnet ones you never fail), black (or purple) lipstick and smoky eyes. The witch's hat can be bought for a very cheap price in bazaars, although you can always create one; make a cone with a black cardboard and glue/staple it on another cardboard previously cut out in the shape of a circle (and with another smaller one, the same size as the base of the cone, to introduce the head). Grab a broom and fly!
One last option for comfortable people who want to enjoy Carnival. To dress up as a mime you will only need a striped shirt, dark pants, white sneakers, suspenders, a paper or cardboard flower glued to the shirt, a beret or bowler hat, and white gloves. The most expensive, although it does not require much expertise, will be to paint your face white and draw a little tear in black.
