Georgia State Police rescued a man trapped in a patrol car he had stolen just before it was hit by a train.
The man had stolen the police car during a traffic stop, an offense that led to a high-speed chase. In fleeing from him, the man lost control of the car, which ended up overturned on the train tracks.
The agents managed to rescue the thief from the crashed car just before it was hit by a train.
As reported by the BBC, Atlanta police have charged the driver with robbery, reckless driving, obstruction and damage to city property.
