INVESTIGATION The Civil Guard does not find Esther López's blood in the suspect's car but she does find saliva on her jacket

A new report from the Criminalistics Service of the Civil Guard in the so-called Esther López case on the disappearance and death of a neighbor from Traspinedo (Valladolid) has not found traces of the victim's blood in the car of the main suspect, Óscar S.M, but yes saliva and other organic remains of her both on a jacket of his and on a carpet cut from the car.

Said report, sent this morning to the parties involved in the case and to which Europa Press has had access in legal sources, focuses on a gray jacket, with a label that says 'Four seasons Uomo', property of Óscar, as well as a cut obtained from the right side carpet of the Volkswagen T-Roc vehicle in which the victim came to travel.

The analyzes carried out, by way of conclusion, indicate that "human blood has not been detected in any of the evidence-samples studied", neither in Óscar's jacket nor in his vehicle.

Organic remains have been found in the jacket that match Óscar's genetic profile, as well as saliva and other organic remains of Esther in the aforementioned garment and also in the piece of carpet from the investigated vehicle.

The margin of probability that the samples are shuffled by the experts rises to 148 thousand quadrillion times "more likely, compared to belonging to any other person from the reference population, chosen at random and not biologically related." and in the case of Esther, the samples correspond to her with a probability of 45,700 quadrillion times, as stated in the aforementioned report.

This latest report is added to others that maintain the focus of suspicions on the person of Óscar S.M, after a last one that would confirm that his vehicle entered the car wash of the Gassexpress gas station, located on Avenida de Zamora from the capital of Valladolid, hours after the deceased lost her sight at dawn on January 13 in Traspinedo after a night of partying with the suspect and other friends.

Confirmation that Óscar's vehicle would be the same one that was seen entering the aforementioned service station between 3:18 and 3:35 p.m., according to the report by the company Ingeniería y Seguridad Vial Consultores y Reconstructores de Accidentes S.L. Based on some images captured by a security camera near the facilities, they would support the thesis of the Armed Institute that the owner of tourism did not intend anything other than to erase any vestige that could incriminate him in the death of his friend.

A distinctive pendant in the interior mirror of Óscar's car and its correlation with the one that appears in the video, "so high that it could hardly be considered" that it does not belong to it, leads the Civil Guard experts to persist in the incrimination from its owner.

In addition, in recent days the head of the Investigating Court number 5, in charge of the case, and at the request of the UCO, has sought the help of a dozen telephone operators in order to try to find out the identity of the person or persons who, supposedly, helped Óscar S.M, to carry out a data deletion in the car's switchboard to eliminate possible incriminating evidence.

The petition comes after a legal expert from the Seada company evacuated in October last year a report on the Volkswagen T-Roc that detected the existence of two intentional erasures of the event and fault records collected in the car's electronic systems. , one of them on February 1, 2022, at 1:54 p.m., and another on April 2, at 11:05 a.m.

As a result of said expert opinion, technicians from the UCO Technological Operational Support Group (GATO) determined that in the first deletion the car belonging to Óscar S.M, whom the Civil Guard points out as the main suspect, was connected to Cell Global Identify ( CGI), compatible with its presence on the N-122A road, as it passes through the urban center of La Cistérniga (Valladolid), and that in the second deletion registered in April it could be found parked at the height of González Silva street, number 9, from the same locality.

The Armed Institute maintains the idea that such electronic manipulations were aimed at hiding or eliminating all records of events and breakdowns that the electronic devices in Óscar's car could have recorded during the night of January 12 to 13 of last year, which was when Esther Lopez was last seen.

Therefore, if in the report of the expert who carried out the analysis of the devices it was already warned that the manipulations could have had the help of someone with high knowledge, the UCO transferred to the investigating judge the "interest of abounding" in the investigations to try to identify this alleged collaborator.

It is at this point that the UCO asked the judge for authorization for the operators to collaborate with specific data and information included in their computer storage systems to find out the numbers of subscribers that were connected to the different CGI telephony cells--either both for calls made and/or received, SMS or any type of data connection--which offer coverage to the points where the investigated person's vehicle was located on the two days in which the data was deleted.

"And this given the more than probable circumstances that the person(s) responsible for the deletion could/n have carried their mobile phones, being subject to the coverage offered by their telephone repeaters", adds the request of the UCO formalized to the investigating judge , request that Soledad Ortega has authorized through the corresponding ruling.

Meanwhile, next Sunday, February 5, it will be one year since the body of Esther López was located at around 10:30 am on a Saturday by a "walker" in an area close to the Tuduero industrial estate, in the ditch of the road that leads to Traspinedo.

The young woman had been wanted since her parents filed a complaint on January 17, four days after she gave no signs of life after having spent the night of her disappearance watching the Super Cup match between Barcelona and the Real Madrid and then the party will continue with some friends at the house of one of them and later in some wineries.

That was the version provided by the two people he was with that night before he lost track of him, two residents of Traspinedo, Óscar S.M. and Lucio Carlos G.D, who traveled with her in the former's car back home and who, according to what they reported with some contradictions, stopped in front of the La Maña restaurant.

In the story offered, Lucio Carlos got out of the vehicle to go home and then Óscar and Esther argued because she wanted to continue partying and he left her nearby, without hearing anything more about the woman in the last few years. twenty four days.

The investigations since then focused on both neighbors and also on a third party, Ramón G, although they maintain the siege on Óscar S.M. as the main person involved in the disappearance and death of the young woman.
