The CDU and CSU want to establish transit centres for refugees already registered in or EU countries on German-Austrian border. From se centres, asylum seekers are to be rejected directly in relevant countries – if re are appropriate agreements. The SPD coalition partner has not yet decided wher he will agree to this Regulation. It is also uncertain that or states agree.
