More than 30,000 training courses have been validated via the professional training application launched almost a month ago, said Wednesday the entourage of the Minister of Labor Muriel Pénicaud, during an initial assessment.
Launched with a lot of communication, this mobile application, whose objective is to get vocational training off the ground, allows each employee or job seeker to register without an intermediary. It completes the reform of the sector adopted a year ago.
Since its launch on November 21, the "my training account" application has been downloaded 600,000 times, at a rate of 25,000 per day. Out of 50,000 files in progress, 32,000 training courses have already been validated, we learned at the Ministry of Labor, during a review of all files.
The number of training sessions available has also increased, from around 100,000 initially available to 540,000 sessions offered. On these first validated training courses, the ministry notes that the most requested are the same as in the past: permit B, skills assessment, assistance with the creation of businesses, as well as language training.
The average cost of these training courses is 1200 euros and "10%" of people have completed with their personal funds, an average of 179 euros, in addition to the euros acquired for the training. In the coming months, Pôle emploi will be able to top up this account, as will companies from the summer.
The government's goal is to reach one million users each year. Since January 1, the CPF is no longer fed in hours, but in euros. The account is credited with 500 euros per year (800 for unqualified employees), within the limit of 5000 euros (8000).
