Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo returns with enhanced health measures

The Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo will be returning for the first time since 2020.

Matt Brockman, spokesperson for FWSSR, stated that "the stock show is ingrained in the fabric of Fort Worth." "People have celebrated Fort Worth's uniqueness for over 125 years.

Although there are not any mask requirements, safety and health are important.

Brockman stated that they are working with Will Rogers Center to distribute masks and hand sanitizer stations throughout the complex, especially in high-traffic areas. "We are working with Tarrant County Public Health, and they will provide, during the 23-day show, a vaccine clinic."

Fort Worth Fire Department will provide COVID-19 testing throughout the event.

Brockman stated that if they arrive at the hospital and aren't 100% certain, they will be offered a test.

"I want people feel secure knowing that the Stock Show does its part." Brockman said that the Will Rogers Memorial Center is also doing its part. "I'm certain that our guests will do their part to keep others and themselves safe.
