Fines and imprisonment due: court convicts several "Dragon Lord" haters

A Bavarian district court found several haters of the Youtuber "Drachenlord" guilty of assault, among other things. In one case, a prison sentence is even imposed, in most cases it is fines.

The dispute between the Youtuber "Dragon Lord" and his opponents has again occupied the judiciary. In May, the district court in Neustadt an der Aisch in Central Franconia heard ten cases against several onlookers for criminal offenses or administrative offenses in front of the video blogger's former house in Altschauerberg. A court spokesman said it was mainly about physical injuries against the "dragon lord". "Since each procedure has to be treated individually, the outcome was also very different."

In one case, he was sentenced to imprisonment without parole. In addition, there were convictions to fines. A procedure was set against a payment of money because the accused had also been injured. According to the court, some of the proceedings have not yet been legally concluded.

The "Dragon Lord" has been arguing with his opponents, the so-called haters, on the Internet for years. In the past, they repeatedly appeared in front of his house in the village of Altschauerberg to provoke him. For years, the police had to move out several times a day because of disturbances, property damage, bodily harm and other reports. The Youtuber has since sold the house and moved away.

But the "Dragon Lord" also became violent after mutual insults and had to answer to several cases in court. In the appeal hearing, the district court in Nuremberg sentenced him to a suspended sentence of one year in March. The verdict is now final after the public prosecutor's office withdrew its appeal against the verdict.
