According to the newspaper Público, the Prosecutor's Office requests a year in prison for the man known as El Estudiante for an alleged crime of injury to his ex-partner, while at the same time charging him with another alleged crime of vexation and minor insult in the field of gender violence. The oral view is scheduled for April next year.

In relation to El Cazador, RTVE has reported that it "respects the presumption of innocence", as well as that "the recording of this season has finished and the producer, after talking with David Leo, he has conveyed his intention to leave the program to not affect either his person or the judicial process in which he is immersed".

Likewise, the Public Corporation is considering not broadcasting the already recorded programs in which David Leo appears as a hunter. Even RTVE is studying how to modify the head of the program.
