TelevisaUnivision and Radio Televisión Española (RTVE) will co-produce and broadcast the 24th annual Latin Grammy Awards from the Conference and Exhibition Center (FIBES) in Seville on November 16. The gala will be broadcast internationally for the first time in history, as announced this Thursday by The Latin Recording Academy.

The Latin Grammys are a very relevant international distinction and the only award that celebrates excellence in Latin music throughout the world. Nominees will be announced on Tuesday, September 19. Previously, between July 27 and August 7, the first round of voting will take place and from September 29 to October 12, the final round.

The announcement marks the start of a three-year partnership between Academia Latina and the Junta de Andalucía, which will sponsor the award ceremony as well as various Academy events in the region. In addition, the Seville City Council joins the celebration as the host city of all the events during Latin Grammy Week that will precede the broadcast and will be announced soon.

Another day of that week will be dedicated to women in the music industry as "pioneers who open doors", and another to the "best new artist", a category to which the organizers give special interest because it is a distinction that only It can be received once in a lifetime.

One of the events of the week will be the one carried out by producers and sound engineers, who will carry out an "informal and spontaneous" musical session, and another will be dedicated to the Special Awards, which will be delivered in a ceremony that will serve as recognition to great figures of the music industry, since these awards distinguish a complete life trajectory.
