AnimeBox is a new streaming platform that is available in Spain from Thursday, March 23. It specializes in anime and has well-known titles. Behind it is the distributor SelectaVisión. "We work with the best Japanese and international distributors to offer you a varied catalog of series and movies," says its website.

The service presentation trailer shows franchises like Dragon Ball, Naruto, Attack on Titan, Night Watch, One Piece and Haikyu!! Also featured in the Digimon video are Assassination Classroom, Black Clover, and Your Lie in April.

Classics like Ranma 1/2, Inuyasha and Slayers are part of the piece. Other Japanese animated films include Akira, A silent voice and Love is in the water. It should be noted that the launch catalog does not include all the episodes and productions related to the aforementioned titles, but the company assures that it will be expanded in the coming weeks and months.

AnimeBox highlights that its content is "all dubbed into Spanish" and part of it can be enjoyed "also in the co-official languages of the country." In addition to series and films, it also offers 'openings', 'endings', interviews, documentaries and other extras. Its users will be able to see premiere titles in simulcast, that is, in the original version with subtitles and at the same time that they are released in Japan.

The platform has a section called Not Only Anime, "with the perfect real-image movies for the fan, from live action anime adaptations to great successes of the horror and martial arts genre."

AnimeBox has four subscription plans. None of them have ads. The first of them is called Konnichiwa and it is free. With it you can only enjoy simulcasts and access a paid rental service.

The Tomodachi plan costs 5.99 euros per month and offers access to all content, except for premium movies. The Sensei plan, whose price is 7.99 euros per month, does include these feature films. In addition, it allows playback on two devices at the same time and downloads for offline viewing.

Kami-Sama is the annual rate, which includes all the advantages of the Sensei plan at a lower price. It costs 39.99 euros per year thanks to an introductory offer, but in the future it will be 79.99 euros.
