Thousands of people packed this morning the event on Felipe II Avenue in Madrid that was carried out by the leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, 48 hours after his inauguration and in rejection of the amnesty requested by the independence movement.

With Spanish flags and chanting slogans such as "no to amnesty", the people, some 40,000 according to both the organizers and the Madrid authorities, gathered two days after the leader of the Popular Party (PP, right), Alberto Núñez Feijóo, is subject to an investiture debate in Congress, without having the necessary support.

Dozens of media were covering the demonstration, including a team from RTVE, which suffered the boycott and was rebuked by a large group of protesters, who booed and insulted them with shouts of "get out, get out!" among other words, which has made their work impossible, according to a video posted on Twitter by journalist Almudena Ariza.

"My absolute support to the RTVE colleagues who saw themselves like this, this morning, at the event called by the PP in Madrid. Journalists who were doing their job," the journalist wrote.

In the video posted by Ariza you can see how the public broadcaster workers have had to endure expressions like "to prison!" while trying to record the atmosphere on the spot.

"Out!", "freedom" or "Puigdemont to prison" were some of the shouts that the protesters shouted at the reporters and cameras of the public channel when they tried to do their work on a wide avenue in Madrid. At one point in the video you can see dozens of people surrounding them and the cameraman is forced to lower the camera.
