Telecinco broadcast a new installment of Survivors 2023 on Thursday, March 16. Gema Aldón, Sergio Garrido and Artùr Dainese were nominated and finally the model had to leave the program, becoming the second expelled from the edition after Jaime Nava.

Gema was the first save of the night, so the final duel was between Sergio and Artùr. "I want to tell you something. The decision has been very close, so much so that there are only 500 votes difference. There are very few votes because many people have voted, but the decision has been very close," announced Jorge Javier Vázquez.

"Spectators of Survivors 2023 have decided that Sergio is still in the contest," said the driver of the format. "We are very sorry, what a pity. I think we still had many things that we could have discovered," Jorge Javier told Artùr.

Following Dainese's expulsion, the contestants faced a new round of nominations. In first place the inhabitants of Playa Royal voted. Bosco Blach Martínez-Bordiú had the right to choose two people and opted for Gema Aldón and Raquel Mosquera. Both Mosquera and Raquel Arias chose Gema, who in turn returned the nomination to Arias. Alma Bollo voted for Sergio Garrido, a participant who nominated Bosco. In this way, Gema was the group's nominee and Jonan Wiergo, as leader, directly nominated Sergio. "He knows me badly because he's already been nominated and he's going to have a hard time this week, but he gets a little tense when it comes to discussing," the 'influencer' wielded.

Then it was the turn of Playa Fatal, and Katerina Safarova, Ginés Corregüela and Diego Pérez nominated Asraf Beno. Isa Pantoja's boyfriend and Arelys Ramos voted for Katerina, while Manuel Cortés opted for Ginés. Adara Molinero, as group leader, nominated Ginés, and Katerina was the group's most voted.

Gema Aldón, Sergio Garrido, Katerina Safarova and Ginés Corregüela are the new nominees of the week. One of them will leave the program at the gala that will be broadcast next Thursday, March 23.
