In front of the eyes of a train driver and the passengers of a regional train, a couple is said to have had sex on the platform in Gelsenkirchen Central Station. The 46-year-old man from Gelsenkirchen and the 37-year-old woman from Essen are said to have disregarded the sign prohibiting passage at the end of the platform on Tuesday evening and then had sex behind the sign "in alternating practices", the police said.
This was observed by the driver of the departing regional train, who informed the federal police. The passengers on the train could also have seen the hustle and bustle. The apparently drunk couple had acted aggressively and unreasonably towards the alarmed federal police officers.
