Justice blocks the veto of transgenders in the United States Army
A federal judge from Washington has partially blocked Donald Trump's veto on transgenders in the US Army on Monday by prohibiting the government from expelling those who already form the troops. The law, which had been approved by the president last August, forbade the recruitment of transgender people and left the decision on those already serving in the military in the hands of the Pentagon. The decision will also force the government to continue to Ofrecienco health insurance and financial aid related to its condition. The opinion does not, however, affect the decision of the Secretary of Defense, Jim Mattis, to freeze the hiring of this group until next January. The verdict represents the last blow of justice to a measure of the president after two weeks ago two judges also obstructed the entry into force of the migratory veto. In August, a few days after Trump signed the order, Mattis met with a group of experts to assess whether or not the transgenders already registered should continue at their posts.
