A Chilean citizen appears in the investigation of the police of Andorra on the payments of the Constructora Odebecht in the private banking D´Andorra (BPA). This is Andrés León Mozes Libedinsky and his Belize Society, Ralford Limited. Mozes Libedinsky was introduced to BPA by Aeon Group, one of the companies employed by Odebrecht to pay bribes to senior officials, presidents and prime ministers of a dozen Latin American countries. This Chilean account currently presents a balance of 400,103 euros, according to reports sent to the judge investigating the tentacles of the Odebrecht case in Andorra, Canòlic Mingorance.
