Because of an alleged murder plot against a teacher from Dortmund, two teenagers are convicted and one was acquitted. The today, 17, 18 and 19-year-old young men had lured according to the indictment, in may 2019, out of frustration over bad grades teachers in an ambush, to kill him with a Hammer. Only the cautious behavior of the teacher, it was thanks to that the attack did not materialize in the end.
The juvenile chamber convicted the 17-Year-old as the alleged main perpetrator for attempted murder, to three years in youth detention. The 18-Year-old must serve for aiding and abetting the attempted murder of a three-week period arrest and also 100 hours of community work.
The third defendant (19) was spoken to regarding the murder trial because he had resigned, according to the judge's free will, the fact. Due to a previously committed crimes, damage to property, he must serve a weekend leisure arrest and 50 hours of community serve.
The process took place due to the young age of the defendants entirely, to the exclusion of the Public. Also the grounds of the judgment were allowed to listen to any onlookers.
The teacher who had the procedure as a co-plaintiff in connected and therefore, every day of the trial in the hall was allowed to pursue, was in the court hallway, satisfied and relieved. "I can live with this result very good." The fact that the judge had sentenced the main accused to a prison sentence, is an important Signal for him and his colleagues.
