Britney Spears: Won't her sons see the singer?

Britney Spears, 40, has reportedly not seen her sons Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, in months. Kevin Federline (44), the father of the two teenagers and the singer's ex-husband, claims this at least in interviews with the British broadcaster ITV, as reported by the "Daily Mail".

"The boys have decided they don't want to see her right now," Federline explains. They had not met their mother for several months. According to media reports, the two should not have attended Spears' wedding to her current husband Sam Asghari (28) in June. That was Sean and Jayden's decision, my Federline.

A guardianship that Spears served for around 13 years was lifted last year. The media interest that went with it also had an impact on him and his sons. It was hard for him to see what Jayden and Sean had to go through because of it.

It is therefore also difficult for the two to see their mother in quite revealing photos on Instagram, which she has repeatedly published in recent months – especially with regard to how classmates of the two could probably react to it. At the same time, however, he also shared that the common sons loved their mother. "Look, maybe it's just another way she's trying to express herself," he wanted to explain to them.

Britney Spears responded to the claims in an Instagram Story. It saddens her "that my ex-husband has decided to discuss the relationship between me and my children". As everyone knows, raising teenagers is never easy. "I gave them everything," Spears continues. Now she only has one word for it: "painful". And her mother told her to leave the kids to Federline. They live with their father and his current wife, Victoria Prince (39), who also have daughters Peyton and Jordan together. Kaleb and Kori, Federline's two oldest children from another relationship, also often come to visit.

In another post, Spears explains that "the trauma and insults that come with fame and this business not only affect me but my children as well. I'm only human and I've done my best."

Asghari also interferes in a story. The claim that the children should distance themselves from Spears' Instagram posts is not valid. On the other hand, it is "irresponsible" to talk about it publicly. The boys will soon be 18 years old and will then be able to make their own decisions. According to Asghari, Federline has reportedly not worked much in the past 15 years. He suspects that he is now going public in this way because he will probably lose his cash cow soon. At the same time, he explains that he neither knows Federline personally nor has anything against him - apart from the fact that he disparages his wife.

In another story, Asghari apparently also wrote to Federline: "Keep my wife's name ... out your mouth." He apparently alludes to the fact that Will Smith (53) slapped comedian Chris Rock (57) at the Oscars after he made a joke about the Hollywood star's wife, Jada Pinkett Smith (50). The actor then raged that Rock should "don't put Smith's wife's name in his friggin' mouth".

Spears and Federline were married from 2004 to 2007. In 2004 she had already married her childhood friend Jason Alexander (40), but the marriage was annulled after 55 hours. In June she then gave Asghari the yes word, for whom it is the first marriage.
