Britt Hagedorn: Is she returning with her talk show?

Will a talk show celebrate its comeback in the TV retro wave? Britt Hagedorn (50) could return with her Sat.1 format "Britt – Der Talk um eins". As reported by the "Bild" newspaper, the talk show is scheduled to start again on October 10 with a new episode. The broadcaster has not yet commented on the possible comeback.

The talk show was broadcast on Sat.1 from 2001 to 2013, usually Mondays to Fridays at 1:00 p.m. It was considered the last remaining show in the Daily Talk genre. According to "Bild", the first new program with the original presenter Hagedorn was recorded last Tuesday.

Sat.1 has already announced that it will soon be revamping its afternoon program. Scripted docu-soaps like "Lenßen takes over" should then be the end of it. Instead, Sat.1 wants to send a three-hour live broadcast into the race for the quotas in the future. "Full house! Sat.1 Live." is the name of the future flagship, which is scheduled to start in winter 2022/23. The “Britt” talk show should also find its place in this context.

A wave of nostalgia has been sloshing through the German television landscape for several months. In addition to numerous game shows such as "The Price is Hot" and "The 100,000 Mark Show", the genre of court shows will also return. RTL brings back "Judge Barbara Salesch". Judge Ulrich Wetzel, who became known through "The Criminal Court", should also have his own program. The broadcast and title of both formats have not yet been decided at this point in time.
