New Yorker wins $10 Million Lottery Prize -- Again

A New Yorker has won again the $10 million lottery prize three years ago.

Juan Hernandez of Uniondale, New York won the $10,000,000 Deluxe scratch-off game in New York Lottery's New York Lottery earlier this month. He claimed the grand prize according to the New York Lottery.

The New York Lottery released a statement on February 22 that stated that lightning struck twice for Hernandez. Hernandez won the same amount from the $350,000,000 Cash Spectacular scratch off ticket in 2019.

Hernandez stated that Hernandez is still trying to spend the $10,000,000 he won in 2019 in a statement.

Hernandez's latest winning scratch off was bought at a Stop & Shop, Hempstead in New York.

After completing the required withholdings, he decided to cash out in one lump sum of $6,510,000.

According to a press release by the New York Lottery, three top prizes were left on the $10,000,000 Deluxe tickets.
