The Stewart family is currently vacationing in Italy. Rod Stewart's (77) wife, model Penny Lancaster (51), shared a rare photo on her Instagram account. You can see the 51-year-old alongside the singer and seven of his eight children. The extended family poses beaming in front of a yacht. "The Stewart clan is coming together," Lancaster captioned the snap. According to media reports, the family was traveling in Portofino.
