Disney is sweetening the summer holidays with a funny series of short films. The focus is on Groot, the tree-like creature from "Guardians of the Galaxy". As in the second part of the film, we meet Groot's childlike self, who experiences five short adventures at Disney - and puts in dance routines.
For once neither fantasy nor science fiction nor horror: "A League of Their Own" is the serial version of "A Class of Their Own" (1992). What The Lord of the Rings is to Amazon and Game of Thrones is to HBO, Star Wars is to Disney. The latest series from the Star Warrior universe is "Andor". And it's a prequel too. It tells the story of Cassian Andor from the movie "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" (2016). As in the film, the main actor is Diego Luna (42). The series consists of twelve episodes, the first three of which will be available at Disney on September 21st.
