Eric Trump’s brother-in-law — who once competed for the title of “hottest bachelor” in Washington D.C. — has landed a job at the Department of Energy.
Kyle Yunaska is working on the “beachhead” team at the Energy Department, as its incoming head — former Texas governor Rick Perry — awaits Senate confirmation, Axios reported.
Yunaska, an East Carolina University alumnus and brother of Eric Trump’s wife, Lara, has no apparent background in energy or policy, but is reportedly working with the Energy Department’s Office of Energy Policy and Systems Analysis.
He came up short in the 2013 hot bachelor competition.
Eric Trump has no formal role in the administration. He and his brother, Donald Trump Jr. are heading the Trump Organization as their father is serves out his term as president.
