The attorney General has two Syrians arrested to have been involved in 2012 in the execution of a Lieutenant Colonel of the Syrian government troops. One of them was taken in Essen, Germany. The men were suspected to have committed war crimes, informed the Federal Prosecutor in Karlsruhe on Monday. The accused were taken, therefore, in the Morning in Naumburg in Saxony-Anhalt and food, their apartments were searched.
The Lieutenant Colonel was reported to be on 10. July 2012 in the war-torn country killed. One of the men should have guarded the bound and severely maltreated the prisoners on the way to his place of execution. The second is to filmed the shooting for Propaganda and "in a glorifying manner" have commented.
The investigators bring both Arrested with the terrorist militia Al-Nusra Front in conjunction, as a member, the other as a supporter. The age of the men was not notified.The Al-Nusra Front is the Syrian offshoot of the terrorist network Al-Qaeda. The group renamed itself later in Fatah al shame.
Both men were paraded on Monday by the investigating judge of the Federal court of justice (BGH) and are now in custody. The other criminal investigations, directs the state office of criminal investigation Baden-Württemberg.
