After the riots in Stuttgart and Frankfurt, demands for alcohol increase forbidden, and a higher police presence. The chief Executive of the German Association of cities and Gemeindebunds, Gerd Landsberg, the defendant to the F. A. S. a "growing loss of authority of the state and its representatives". Landsberg announced that the municipalities will align in the future, "their risk analyses, even stronger in this new situation".
