Le Pen: in the event of dissolution, no RN candidates against LR deputies who will vote for censure

Marine Le Pen estimated on Monday that the motions of censure of the government can be voted on if LR deputies show "courage", assuring that those who would do so would not have RN candidates against them in the event of dissolution.

"I think that these motions of censure can be voted on as long as a few LR deputies show a little courage", advanced on RTL the boss of the RN deputies.

She confirmed the proposal made Friday by the president of the RN Jordan Bardella, in the event of legislative news following a dissolution, not to oppose candidates from her party to the LR deputies voting for censure.

"Sometimes you have to put the homeland before the parties. (...) Those who are able to oppose this pension reform with us must be able to find an interest in it," she explained.

The two motions of censure against the government of Elisabeth Borne will be put to the vote on Monday in the National Assembly, and the pension reform could be definitively adopted, despite the anger in the country which does not weaken.

According to Marine Le Pen, "the method that was used by the government is unacceptable". "My job is to tell the LR deputies (...): even if you were for it, you must vote for the motion of censure, because respect for the French people is at stake", she added. .

"How can we get out of this? 1) by a referendum, 2) by the vote of the motion of censure, 3) by the dissolution, 4) by the sanction that we will demand from the Council constitutional", summarized the former presidential candidate, for whom "the government would grow if the means used came from him".

In the event of a victory for the RN in the legislative elections after a hypothetical dissolution, Marine Le Pen confirmed that she "would not go to Matignon" and that the RN has "a number of profiles" to occupy the office of Prime Minister.

"I am absolutely not afraid of power. I look forward to it," she added.
