Stormy Daniels: Pornographic actress sues ex-lawyer for conspiracy

The pornographic actress Stormy Daniels filed a new lawsuit in dispute over her alleged affair with US president Donald Trump – against her own former lawyer. In lawsuit, she accuses lawyer Keith Davidson of being a puppet of president and conspiring against m by working with Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen, and cheating on m. Trump is said to have known about cooperation between two lawyers.

The pornographic actress, named Stephanie Clifford, had, according to her own name, 2006 an affair with Trump. A few days before presidential election, she signed an agreement with Trump's attorney Cohen, in which she committed herself not to go public with her experiences. In return, Cohen paid her 130,000 dollars. Clifford now wants to get out of silent agreement and is refore taken to court.

The White House has repeatedly denied affair. Trump had initially also denied to have known about referral of his lawyer. Later, however, president admitted that he had reimbursed Michael Cohen for money.

The new accusation was made by Clifford, along with her new lawyer, Michael Avenatti, who accuses Cohen of trying to "use and manipulate" his client to his and Trump's advantage. The two lawyers have been working toger since January in case.

The indictment lists alleged text messages from Cohen and Davidson, which are supposed to prove cooperation of lawyers. In a communication from January, Cohen described as "friend", and in anor he instructed Davidson to oversee all of Clifford's interviews and explanations. Among or things, two should have "concocted" "plan" to have Clifford's affair publicly denies during a performance in television channel Fox News. The interview did not take place in end.

A spokesman Davidsons rejected accusations as "outrageously silly," "outrageously frivolous," and "desperate." Cohen's lawyer, Brent Blakely, told CNN that lawsuit was "a PR gag and nothing else".
