The president of the National Rally (RN) Jordan Bardella suspected Emmanuel Macron on Friday of taking "an unhealthy pleasure in organizing chaos in the country", denouncing "a coup de force" after the use of 49.3 on pension reform.
“We have a bit of the feeling that he takes an unhealthy pleasure in organizing chaos in the country”, affirmed Mr. Bardella on franceinfo, after the violent protests which occurred Thursday against the use of 49.3 for the adoption of the controversial pension reform.
"I don't understand his obsession," he added, claiming to have "the feeling of an end of reign where the government, the people who are in power lead, govern against the French people".
The president of the RN described the use of the constitutional weapon by Elisabeth Borne as "a disrespectful arm of honor to the French and to national representation", assuring that the head of government "must now leave".
"I call on all deputies, all political movements in France which call themselves opposition, to vote for the motion of censure" which must be tabled in the National Assembly, added the president of the RN.
