BelgiumThey have been excellent in competition so far, but this will be their most difficult test yet. How will the defense deal with Cristiano Ronaldo? Roberto Martinez's defense will be more careful at the back, with a potential defensive midfielder sitting deeper. Portugal's ability to get the ball down the flanks and move it in the middle can lead to serious problems. Belgium should expect to be disruptive while trying to attack.
PortugalWhile they were able to hold their own against France with two penalties, those penalty kicks weren't always going be there. They have the potential to lose this game, and it could be very ugly. Although their defense has been excellent at times, they can be caught off guard by their poor positioning. To win the match, they'll need to play a near perfect defense. Ronaldo is capable of doing enough by himself to make it through. But, some help would be appreciated. They are the clear underdogs, and they will need to perform at their best in order to pass this test.
