Diaz was injured at the end of last week and left the Premier League club's training camp early on Friday: "It wasn't a significant situation, to be honest, but he felt something," said Klopp. "The next day he wasn't in much pain but we wanted to be careful and look at it." Diaz has been absent from Liverpool since an injury sustained in Liverpool's 3-2 defeat by Arsenal in early October but has been making good progress and was due to feature in the weekend's training game against Olympique Lyon.
