Key number: 3 – Strikeouts for Fulmer.

The quote: “It feels really good especially when you are facing that lineup. Anybody can hurt you there, even if it is spring training. … If you want to pitch for a long time and continue to pitch deep into games, then you have to make a pitch when you need to. And for me to be able to do that in my first innings, it’s really positive.” --Fulmer

The quote 2: “To be able to go out there on the first day was an honor to me. I was a little jittery, but very excited to play.” --Collins

Up next: Vs. Rockies, 2:05 p.m. Sunday at Camelback Ranch. RH German Marquez vs. LH Jose Quintana.
