Phillipsburg junior Cullen Day pinned Hanover Park's Jake Bursese in 3:31 in the NJSIAA Region 3 semifinals on Saturday morning at West Orange High School.
The victory clinched a berth in next week's NJSIAA wrestling championships for Day.
