Luis R. Columbie, 42, is wanted on a charge of forgery under a warrant dated Oct. 20, 2016, according to the Warren County Prosecutor's Office.
Columbie, whose last-known address was in the 100 block of Chambers Street in Phillipsburg, is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
The prosecutor's office asks anyone with information about Columbie to contact investigators via a tip line at 908-475-6643, the fugitive unit at 908-475-6272 or via fugitive@co.warren.nj.us.
