The incidence of the low Coronavirus of 200 cases per 100,000 inhabitants (198.25), but mortality remains very high (155)

Spain ends the week with very positive data in relation to the Coronavirus. The incidence has returned to lower 12 points in the last 24 hours, standing in the 198.25 cases per 100,000 inhabitants (in a week the descent has been 66 points). It has also considerably descended the number of new cases, 6,311, when yesterday 9,561 and a week ago 9,489.

Although young people continue to concentrate most contagions, healing has confirmed new descents in their indicators of IA. The one of the most affected age group, between 12 and 19 years old, stands at 364.85 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, decreasing 34 points from Thursday. The indicator in between 20 and 19 years old, the second worst located, also falls to 266.90 after falling 24 (and closer to the marker of children under 11, 240,16).

The regions most affected by the Coronavirus remain Melilla, with an AI of 428.36); Ceuta (394,29), Extremadura (382.81) and Basque Country (267.55). Asturias (83,73), Canarias (124,96), Valencian Community (155.10) and Catalonia (162,78) are those that maintain a lower incidence.

It also decreases the hospital pressure. 5.30% of the beds of the hospitals are occupied by 6,245 Covid patients (yesterday occupation was 5.34%, with 43 patients more), and the percentage reaches 15.95% in the case of the units of Intensive care (UCI), after an important drop in the last 24 hours (yesterday was 16.29%, with 31 more patients).

The UCI Madrid are still the most committed, with 29.49% occupation. Below are those of Catalonia (28.10%), Navarra (21.31%) and Aragon (18.92%). On the contrary, Murcia (6.05%), Galicia (6.68%) and Asturias (6.71%) are the autonomies that maintain a lower occupation in ICU. We must remember that these percentages only contemplate patients admitted by Coronavirus. To calculate the actual occupation, the ones found there for other pathologies and surgeries must be added.

The one that still fails to bend is the mortality curve. In the last 24 hours, 155 deaths have been registered, only 13 less than yesterday, and the number of deaths by Covid in Spain, according to the Ministry, ascends already at 84,795.

In Europe, the United Kingdom continues an incidence leader (706.3), followed by Ireland (512.3) and Switzerland (412.9). The most unknown countries of the continent are, one more day, Poland (8,8), Czech Republic (25.7) and Ukraine (49.1).
