Baden-Württemberg: accident on the A5 with eight cars: four injured

Baden-Baden (dpa/lsw) - In an accident involving eight cars, four people were injured on the A5 at the Baden-Baden junction. Because of a puncture, a car crashed into the middle barrier on Tuesday evening and came to a stop in the left lane, the police said. A second car crashed into the vehicle and also stopped in the left lane. Six other cars drove into the scene of the accident. They grazed the accident car or ran over vehicle parts and were damaged as a result. Four people were injured in the accident, three of them slightly. The property damage amounts to around 120,000 euros, according to estimates by the police.
