Mudau (dpa / lsw) - A 79-year-old man was trapped in Mudau in the Odenwald between a tractor trailer and his home and died of his injuries. An 89-year-old man wanted to bring firewood with his tractor on Saturday morning and unload it next to the residential building in the Langenelz district, the police said on Sunday. When maneuvering, the owner of the house got caught between the trailer and the wall of the house. Rescue workers who were called in hastily tried to help the seriously injured man, but he died at the scene of the accident. Exactly how the accident happened is still being determined.
