Baden-Württemberg: boy ignites firecrackers and triggers large-scale police operation

Ettlingen (dpa / lsw) - Shot-like bangs on Saturday afternoon in Ettlingen (Karlsruhe district) called a large contingent of the police - and turned out to be gunshots. As the police reported, numerous officers had moved into a residential area after being alerted. As it turned out, no shots had been fired. A 13-year-old boy set off two firecrackers in an apartment. About an hour and a half after the emergency call, the officers left.
