Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) - A pungent odor from an unknown source led to an operation in an industrial building in Stuttgart. Several people had fled the building and complained of headaches and nausea during the incident on Monday, the fire department said. Five of them had to be taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
The dangerous goods specialists of the fire brigade were called in. They carried out measurements inside and outside the building, but could not find any suspicious values. The building has been ventilated. The operator should now commission a specialist company to clarify the cause.
