"The energy crisis is hitting us very hard," said Necdet Mantar, chairman of the working group for public baths in Baden-Württemberg and manager of the Reutlingen baths. Many facilities have already closed their saunas and lowered the water and room temperatures, for example in the "Stadionbad Ludwigsburg".
The working group for public baths in Baden-Württemberg is demanding financial support. Some leisure pools in Baden-Württemberg would have to turn the price screw. Admission to the "Badkap" in Albstadt (Zollernalbkreis), for example, now costs ten euros more, according to the operator.
