Hof (dpa / lby) - A fire in a vehicle hall in Hof damaged several winter service vehicles, causing damage of around 500,000 euros. The cause of the fire was probably a technical defect, the police said on Tuesday. The police continue to determine the exact cause.
The fire broke out between Friday and Tuesday in the city's building yard. One of the three winter service vehicles burned out completely. However, due to a lack of oxygen supply, the fire suffocated itself and did not spread to the building.
