Bavaria: arrest warrant against 40-year-olds: brother injured with a knife

Würzburg (dpa / lby) - After a dispute between two brothers with a hammer and a knife in Würzburg, an investigating judge issued an arrest warrant for attempted manslaughter against the younger man. The 40-year-old remains free but subject to conditions, a police spokesman said on Sunday. The suspect and his two-year-old brother are said to have attacked each other on a street in Würzburg on Saturday. The older one is said to have been armed with a hammer and the younger one with a knife. According to police, the suspect stabbed his brother in the upper body. The victim came to the hospital. The police arrested the 40-year-old.
