Bavaria: Men are said to have stolen video games for 10,000 euros

Nuremberg (dpa / lby) - Two young men are said to have stolen computer games worth more than 10,000 euros in Nuremberg and resold some of them. As the police reported on Monday, unknown perpetrators had stolen numerous video games from a drugstore in April. A 19-year-old was later caught by a store detective in the store when he was reportedly trying to steal. This revealed that the young man and his 21-year-old roommate are said to have been responsible for alleged previous acts.

When researching classifieds portals, the investigators found the stolen video games for sale - the username of the provider was identical to the first name of the suspected 19-year-old. A search of the shared apartment ultimately revealed more than 200 allegedly stolen video games that were probably intended to be sold. The men are now being investigated on suspicion of aggravated theft and fraud.
