Holzheim (dpa / lby) - According to initial estimates, two fires in Swabia caused damage of one million euros. No one was injured, a police spokesman said. On Friday night, an agricultural hall in Holzheim (Dillingen an der Donau district) caught fire. The material damage is estimated at around 700,000 euros because of the equipment stored there.
A little later and "about three kilometers as the crow flies" apart, a barn burned. The damage is estimated at around 300,000 euros, it said. A farmer stored bales of hay there. The cause of the fire was still unclear at this time. Both buildings burned down completely.
