His last professional fight was in 2005; his last victory in 2003. Former world heavyweight champion and boxing legend Mike Tyson will face YouTube star Jake Paul on July 20 in Dallas (Texas) in a fight that will be considered professional.

The officialization of this fight, which will be broadcast on Netflix, was uncertain, in particular because of the age difference between Tyson, who will be 58 years old on June 30, and Paul, 27 years old.

“Mike Tyson wanted it to be a pro fight. Netflix wanted it to be a pro fight. So I agreed to make it a pro fight. The winner takes everything,” said the YouTuber on his to grant licenses for boxing matches. The fight on July 20 will take place in eight two-minute rounds.
