COVID-19 vaccination site shuts after adverse reactions to Johnson & Johnson shot, report States

Over 600 vaccination reports were canceled

Officials didn't disclose the kinds of reactions suffered by less than one percent of the over 1,700 individuals given shots at Dick's Sporting Goods Park at Commerce City, The Denver Gazette reported.

The vaccination effort has been sponsored by the country along with Centura Health. Over 600 individuals with appointments Wednesday were not able to get their vaccinations following the premature closure.

"We followed our protocols and in an abundance of caution, decided -- in partnership with the nation -- to terminate operations for the rest of the afternoon," Centura Health officials stated in the announcement obtained by the paper.

Individuals with appointments that were turned off will probably be rescheduled to get their shots in another website on Sunday.
