Hesse: ATM in Wiesbaden blown up

Wiesbaden (dpa / lhe) - In Wiesbaden, an ATM at a supermarket has been blown up. A witness reported a loud bang to the police in the Breckenheim district on Tuesday night, officials said. The still unknown perpetrators were able to escape. It is not yet known whether money was stolen. The extension in which the machine is located was completely destroyed by the explosion. No precise information could initially be given about the damage to the supermarket itself, but according to the structural engineer, the building is not in danger of collapsing. The amount of the total damage could also not be estimated at first.
