Offenbach (dpa/lhe) - After an often rainy weekend, people in Hesse can look forward to better weather, at least on Monday. While it is still partly cloudy and foggy in the morning, it will become increasingly sunny in the course of the morning, as reported by the German Weather Service (DWD). The temperatures are between 23 and 25 degrees with a weak to moderate wind and 19 degrees at high altitudes. It shouldn't rain.
On Tuesday the sky will be overcast again, with the possibility of rain in some areas. According to the weather service, thunderstorms are also possible in the south of the country. The thermometer shows 22 to 24 degrees with higher values in southern Hesse; at high altitudes the values are around 18 degrees. A weak to moderate wind will blow.
On Wednesday it will remain rainy. In the middle and in the south of the country there can be heavy continuous rain, in the south thunderstorms with heavy rain are also possible. The temperatures are between 19 and 24 degrees with a weak to moderate wind, even then with higher values in the south of the country. If there is a thunderstorm, gusts of wind cannot be ruled out, the weather service said.
