"I'm not feeling well": Luke Mockridge cancels appearances

Luke Mockridge is on tour for the first time since he had been inactive for a while after allegations of sexual assault. Now he has to cancel the last appointments anyway. The comedian is suffering from Corona.

Luke Mockridge is suffering from Corona and therefore has to cancel several appearances. On Instagram, the comedian explained a photo of him sitting alone on a stage: "No! I have it. Shortly before the end of my tour I have to cancel the last five shows due to corona disease. I'm not feeling well. .." The hype is real.

The sold-out shows "could not be rescheduled for production reasons," he said in his post. "Tickets can be returned at the pre-sale points where they were purchased." The shows in Cuxhaven, Osterholz Scharmbeck, Olsberg and Gütersloh are affected. Even the performance on the lake stage in Bremen on Sunday was cancelled. Mockridge added: "I'm particularly sorry for the last four shows as they've had to be postponed so many times for various reasons. See you next year. So sorry".

Mockridge returned to the stages in 2022 with "A Way Back to Luckyland" after a break. He had previously announced in a video in August 2021 that there would be no more shows with him on television in 2021. In September, he extended the hiatus indefinitely. At the time, he himself reported allegations against him on social networks and a report by an ex-partner who, according to her own statements, perceived an incident on a night together as attempted rape. Mockridge rejected the allegations, the Cologne public prosecutor set up a corresponding procedure.
