The Femen activist who denounced a national police officer for grabbing her chest to stop her during a protest by the feminist platform that took place on January 20 in Madrid has ratified the facts in her statement this Wednesday before the head of the Investigating Court Number 11 of the capital, emphasizing that nothing like this had ever happened to him.

According to the legal sources consulted, the woman has confirmed before Judge Juan Javier Pérez the story contained in the complaint that she presented last February.

According to the letter, the events occurred around 12:40 p.m., when "Femen prepared to carry out a symbolic and peaceful action in the Plaza de Oriente in Madrid, in front of a concentration organized by the Spanish Catholic Movement", which consisted of shouting " to fascism neither honor nor glory".

The Femen protest was led by three women who, "as is a hallmark" of the feminist platform, demonstrated by displaying their breasts.

"In an instant, several policemen came to meet her," some arrested two protesters "with evident professionalism" and another policeman grabbed the third woman "from behind, squeezing her breasts with both hands," the letter describes.

For the activist's lawyer, Endika Zulueta, this "was obviously unnecessary for the arrest", which is why he considers it an abuse of "her situation of superiority", in addition to her status of authority.

A few seconds later, he says in the complaint, other policemen grabbed this third activist to cover her torso with a jacket and, after being identified, the three women were released, informing them that a sanction proposal was going to be made for a possible administrative violation.

In addition, during her statement before the instructor, the activist stressed that it was the third year that she had participated in this protest and that nothing similar had ever happened to her or any of her colleagues.

The moment was immortalized in several photographs that serve as a documentary basis for the complaint. For this reason, the judge called the photographer as a witness, who this Wednesday has proven that he captured the snapshot.

Following these statements, the national police officer is scheduled to appear tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. as being investigated for alleged sexual abuse and moral integrity.

In the complaint, the accent is also placed on the fact that the agent "had his numerical identification completely covered."
